MIAMI JETCAR warrants that new JETCAR purchased from an authorized JETCAR dealer in the continental United States will be free from defects including the structure as the fiberglass shell, transom, steering system, and related structural reinforcements which are below the hull-to-deck joint for the period stated herein, subject to certain stated limitations.

PERIOD OF WARRANTY

 Any new JETCAR purchased from an JETCAR authorized dealer in the United States will be warranted against structural, steering defects for a period of THREE (3) years from date of purchase. EXTENDED WARRANTY AVAILABLE.

OBTAINING REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY

​

 During the period of warranty, any authorized JETCAR dealer will, free of charge, repair or replace any parts adjudged defective by JETCAR due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. NOTE THAT IF ANY OF THE JETCARS IS NONREPAIRABLE WE WILL REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE.

THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY

 Under the terms of this warranty, the customer will be responsible for ensuring that the JETCAR is properly operated, maintained, and stored as specified in the applicable Owner’s Manual.
